Multi-Agency Resource Center extends hours and reduces juvenile crime

LAKE CHARLES, LA (KPLC) -Over 10,000 juveniles have gone through the Multi-Agency Resource Center, or, M.A.R.C. since its opening in 2011. 

"Misdemeanor offenses, shoplifting, trespassing, small property damages. Not major, not felonies," Bill Sommers, Director of the Office of Juvenile Justice Services, said.
